Situated between Lake Couchiching and Lake Simcoe, just 1.5 hours outside of the Greater Toronto Area. The community is well known for its hiking trails, the numerous lakes and rivers, skiing, mountain biking as well as a vibrant downtown with numerous restaurants and services.

As the President and Chief Executive Officer for the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital Foundation, I am proud to now call the Orillia area my home. With over 25 years of experience in the charitable sector, raising funds with local, national and international health and hospital foundations, I feel honoured to be welcomed into such a beautiful and friendly community.
Orillia is an excellent city to work and immerse yourself into. It is a growing, but still intimate, community with plenty of history, nature, activities, local businesses, and culture to explore. The beautiful waterfronts, trails, and ski hills truly make Orillia a four-season destination.
I am excited to be working in Orillia with the Soldiers’ Foundation team, hospital leaders, and community volunteers in shaping a progressive vision of expanded and enhanced community healthcare. Creating and sustaining healthcare excellence is important to me, my family, and this community. Together, we can improve the health and wellbeing of our community for generations to come.
